What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out by 10:00.

Do you offer early check-in?

Early check-in is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly.

Do you offer late check-out?

Late check-out is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly.

Is internet connection available?

Free Wi-Fi connection is available in all guest rooms. Please contact reception for the password.

What are your guest room amenities?

Guest rooms are equipped with night wears, bath towels, face towels, bath mats, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, razors and toothbrush sets. Hairbrushes, cotton swab and green tea are provided at reception free of charge.

Is there a refrigerator in the guest room?

Guest rooms are equipped with an empty refrigerator.

Is there a safe-deposit box in the guest room?

Safe-deposit boxes are not available. Guests are asked to look after their own belongings.

Do you have rooms with a separate bath and toilet?

All rooms feature a "unit bath," with a toilet in the same room.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All guest rooms are non-smoking.
A designated smoking area is available only on the first floor.

Do you have large family rooms that can accommodate many adults?

Our Family Room accommodates up to 4 guests. With two 110 cm-wide beds and two 90 cm-wide extra beds, this room is ideal for families.

Do you offer parking?

Our outdoor parking lot accommodates 149 vehicles. Reservations are not required. For large vehicles of over 4 tons, please contact the hotel in advance.

Do you charge extra if my child and I sleep in the same bed?

The overnight charge is free for a child of elementary school age or younger (up to 12 years old) sleeping with you in the same bed. An adult applies if your child needs separate bedding.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a Dairy Store(open 6am - 9pm) next to the hotel.

When do I settle the room charge?

Please settle your room charge at check-in.

Q.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a rule, cancellations are free up to 2 days before check-in.
Cancellations made 1 day before check-in will incur a 20% charge, and those made on the day of check-in an 80% charge.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

For group reservations of 15 guests or more, please contact your agency or the hotel directly.
For reservations plans with a separate cancellation policy, the relevant policy will apply.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out?

Reception will be happy to store your luggage upon request. Note, however, that valuables are your own responsibility.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel before I arrive?

Please contact the hotel in advance. We are happy to store your luggage until check-in, with the exception of valuables, food, and dangerous items.
Include your check-in date and reservation name on the shipping label, and address your package to the hotel.

What are the hours for your large bath?

Hours for the large bath are 3:00 pm – 12:00 am and 4:00 am - 9:00 am.

Are towels available in the large bath?

Towels are not available in the large bath. Please bring the towels provided in your room.
